This kit includes a 1KW heating element with a thermostatic control. Simply wrap the heater band just under the lower ridge on your oil barrel and snap the spring inplace. Then wrap the included special insulation around your oil barrel and reaction tank, and seal them in place with the aluminum tape. Set the thermostat and in 2-3 hours it will heat 40 gallons of oil from 70F to 120F. It will accelerate your biodiesel production process by 5-6X and improve your yields. It's perfect for those cold garages or sheds.
